In this book, we pick up and continue the story from where we had left it at the end of “Yasser and Zahra Meet the Saviour of Islam”.

Remember that the characters – Yasser, Zahra and Grandfather – and their means of travel are all fictional. However, the personalities from the Ahlulbayt (as) and everything they endured are true facts of history authenticated by scholars.

Our hope is that reading this book will help you to reflect on the character and behaviour of Lady Zainab (as) and Imam Sajjad (as) and apply the lessons they have taught us into our daily lives.

Their stories are heart-breaking, and at times you may feel overwhelmed with grief. Let your tears flow freely, for the tears shed out of love for the Ahlulbayt are priceless.

In the court of Yazid, Lady Zainab (as) said, “By Allah, you will never erase our remembrance from the hearts of people or extinguish our message, or reach our status, or wash off the disgrace of your actions!”
